AJH & Associates is an independent surverying practice led by Andrew Holmans BSc MRICS FISVA, a Chartered Building Surveryor with over 45 years experience.
LOCATION
Based in Heathfield East Sussex, covering East Sussex and West Kent, including but not limited to Brighton, Crowborough, Eastbourne, Hastings, Sevenoaks, Tonbridge and Tunbridge Wells.
OUR STANDARDS
We ensure that a good professional service is always provided, including contactability, approachibility and providing 'Plain English' readable reports.
All surveying work is undertaken by Andrew Holmans, no surveying work is outsourced.
Only one survey is booked per working day this ensures that the correct amount of care and attention is provided for our clients.

RICS and ISVA
Andrew Holmans is a qualified member of the RICS - The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, and also a member of the ISVA which is the Independent Surveyors and Valuers Association. We comply with the professional standards of both.
FURTHER INFORMATION
Many of our reports contain photographs for ease of reference. We are not VAT registered therefore do not charge VAT, keeping the price low.
